Refund Policy

At Construction Incorporated (“Construction Inc.”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we strive to ensure that every user has a positive experience when working with our professional construction coaches. We understand that sometimes plans change or services may not meet expectations. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Coaching Session Refunds

a. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Users may cancel or reschedule a coaching session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost or forfeiture of the session fee, depending on the circumstances.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

b. Refund Requests

Refund requests may be submitted via email to [Insert Email Address]. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued if:

  • The coach fails to appear for the scheduled session

  • There was a technical issue caused by us that prevented the session from occurring

  • The user is unsatisfied with the service and provides reasonable documentation or explanation of the issue

Construction Inc. reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.

2. Package & Bundle Refunds

If you purchased a multi-session package or bundle and wish to cancel:

  • Refunds are only available for unused sessions within the bundle.

  • Any completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for unused sessions may be subject to a processing fee of 10%.

3. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Construction Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed coaching sessions

  • Services purchased more than 30 days ago

  • Customized or specially arranged consulting services

  • Technical issues not related to our platform (e.g., user’s internet or device problems)
