Construction Inc. connects users with professional construction coaches who provide advice, guidance, and educational support across a variety of construction projects, including but not limited to residential, commercial, and industrial builds. Construction Inc. does not act as a licensed contractor, general contractor, or construction firm, and does not engage in the physical performance of construction work.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Coaching Relationship

Coaches available through our platform are independent professionals and not employees of Construction Inc.

All coaching services are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Construction Inc. is not responsible for any actions taken by you based on guidance from a coach. You are solely responsible for all decisions regarding your construction project.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties
We strive to work with experienced and knowledgeable professionals, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome or result from using our Services. Construction projects inherently carry risk, and you are responsible for consulting with licensed professionals where required by law.

5. Payment and Fees

Pricing for coaching sessions or packages will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

All payments are final unless otherwise stated.

Construction Inc. reserves the right to update pricing at any time with or without prior notice.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session fee.

Refunds, if any, are issued at the sole discretion of Construction Inc.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Construction Inc. and its affiliates, coaches, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Construction Inc. from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

Harass, abuse, or otherwise mistreat coaches or other users.

9. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Construction Inc., including but not limited to logos, branding, text, graphics, and platform design, are the property of Construction Inc. or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
